These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. The Bengali version has been translated as accurately as possible for the convenience of our users.

880 bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or mobile. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 880 bet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. We may request proof of age verification documents at any time.
• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 880 bet may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. We reserve the right to withhold large withdrawals until this verification process is completed.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

880 bet supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The key payment rules are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket)
• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per day (standard account)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 1–3 business days; often within 30 minutes for mobile banking
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy)
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000

880 bet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is entirely their policy and is outside our control.

4Betting Rules & Decisions

The following rules apply when placing bets on 880 bet:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 880 bet identifies an error.
• 880 bet reserves the right to void any bets accepted erroneously due to a system error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (bookmaker error) may be voided.
• In live betting, any bets confirmed before a disconnection occurs will remain valid.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be counted as 1.0.

Sports event results are finalized after confirmation from official and recognized sources. In the event of any dispute, 880 bet's decision is final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

880 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Key bonus terms include:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% on your first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. Individual terms apply to each bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as real money until all wagering requirements have been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Each promotion has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 880 bet. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or result manipulation
• Multiple accounts operated by the same person or household (multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage
• Account hacking or using another person's credentials
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform
• Placing bets using automated software or bots

7Account Suspension & Closure

880 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request
• Court order or legally binding government directive

A maintenance fee of up to ৳100 may be deducted monthly from inactive accounts — however, deductions will stop once the balance reaches zero, and the account will never go into a negative balance.

To close your account, email our support team. The request will be processed within 7 business days, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

8Privacy & Data Protection
